It’s an exciting, crisp, floral wine with a refreshing acidity that can really kick-start an outdoor lunch. While some Pinot Gris produced in California tends to be on the light bodied side, rest assured that this wine was crafted in the typical Consilience fashion with a depth of flavor and body that might send a lesser Pinot Gris back to the cooler. Great with seafood.
