Cabernet Sauvignon
Not your typical Cabernet Sauvignon. Fruit driven and gentle this wine doesn't drench your mouth with abrasiveness but rather fills it with a gentle peacefulness. Some say it gives you a peaceful state of mind as well. Try with pork chops, steak Florentine, or chocolate souffle.

The Camp 4 vineyard has turned out to be great source for this most noble grape, and this vintage again captures the traditional black currant and cedar cabernet flavors along with some of the dark cherry, blackberry flavors typical of our Syrah and Petite Sirah.
