About this wine:
Among our small array of white wines the Roussanne probably stands as the most full bodied, complex and thought provoking white. Unlike the Viognier which was partially tank fermented to preserve its natural floral, sweet aromatics, the Roussanne was 100% barrel fermented in French oak barrels to highlight its natural complexity of honey, peach and butterscotch flavors and big, rounded, full bodied texture. Befitting its rich golden color in the glass, it’s a great food wine that pairs well with lobster, crab legs and some of the other finer luxuries in life that you know you deserve.
