About this wine:
Blessed to continue receiving the fruit of heavily sought after Camp 4 Vineyard, Consilience proudly produces this hard–to-find-in–this-area varietal. Located at the edge or “gateway” to Happy Canyon, this vineyards location allows a long growing season giving way to prime fruit. Deeply fruit driven and accented with slight nuances of cedar, Consilience Cabernet is exciting and lively. Drinking this is similar to driving a Ferrari up Hi-Way 1; A quick escape from reality, you are charmed by the beauty of the world and an intense feeling of freedom. You might get pulled over for speeding because you forget about the fact that you are going way to fast, but don’t you feel alive? This is for those who want and all too often need that quick escape.
