About this wine:
This is our second vintage of pinot noir sourced from this special vineyard which is operated by the owners and managers of the well respected Bien Nacido vineyard. Situated in the heart of the Santa Maria Valley, the grapes benefit from the cool ocean breezes, ideal for the sometimes finicky pinot noir grape. On the nose you’ll find a subtle smokiness with earthy undertones. As you enjoy your first sip, look forward to deep, dark cherry notes wrapped up in a long, lingering finish…a perfect place to be when pulling off those ski boots after a long day on the slopes – bunny slope or black diamond!
