About this wine:
Situated in the valley east of Hwy. 154, this vineyard sits in the "gateway" to Happy Canyon area that we've discussed before, and in fact is also the home of the newly grafted vines that will be the primary vineyard source for our sister winery, Tre Anelli wines. There is a fantastic little microclimate in that area and we expect many great things to emerge. In the typical Consilience style this is a big, fruit forward style Syrah with jammy dark berry flavors, a touch of spice and a smoky character.
